My Philosophy

I believe symptoms are the only voice your body has to tell you something isn’t right. To silence or ignore that voice rather than do the work of identifying and tending to the root of what is ailing you is to do your body, your soul,  and your story, a dis-service.

I believe that your body is AWESOME, and that every moment of every day it’s working to express health and restore balance.

I wasn't always the health guru you see today, in fact I used to be addicted to Diet Pepsi and chili cheese Fritos. Real talk. Now I help people all over the country regain their health. Anything is possible!

I don't know where you are on your health journey, but if you're anything like I was, you're tired of being sick and having your life and your plans interrupted by symptoms that wont quit.

I began my healing adventure right after finishing treatments for cervical cancer almost a decade ago. I wanted to reconnect and make amends with my body, and begin nourishing, detoxing, and listening to my body as a lifestyle.

I wasn't looking for love, but I found it in Holistic Nutrition. it taught me to use food as medicine, support every aspect of the person, replenish nutrient deficiencies and restore homeostasis; it just made sense! I was sold and I educated and empowered anyone who would listen.

Nothing has come more natural to me than this work and I'm so grateful I get to do this!

I graduated with honor's from Bauman College as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and have taken several advanced courses in Functional Medicine by Dr. Datis Kharazzian. These include: Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Mastering Brain Chemistry, The Neuroendocrine Immunology of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, and Food Allergies & Sensitivities in the New Millennium.

I am also an active member of the Kresser Institute's Adapt Academy, a vibrant community of Functional Medicine practitioners studying up to date research and topics in Functional Medicine.
